Description:

Partnering with Steps of Justice in the construction costs of a new home for families in Cambodia. Families are not gifted a home, but work along side Steps of Justice in making something for themselves and their community.  

Why:

Many families have been forced out of their homes by the government to sell their land, and thus live in poor conditions in relocation communities. A new home provides safety and legitimacy for the families, allowing them to build stronger communities and work themselves out of poverty. Steps of Justice is committed to being a continuous resource in the restoration of the country.
