Description:

Partnering with IDEA to sponsor a deaf student in the Philippines. Sponsorship ensures that the child will receive food, housing, a complete K-12 education, as well as job training.  

Why:

Without ever having the opportunity of schooling, the deaf child can’t understand anything in writing and never learns formal sign language. IDEA provides these children with a community who understands them and equips them with a purpose and the skills to live fruitful lives.
